The customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
Cancellation of Order
A Customer shall be allowed to cancel an order ONLY through a written mail to customer care. This cancellation needs to be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Customer order can be tracked by sending across an email to : email@example.com along with the order number.
On cancellation, the customer shall get a refund of the original price paid. The refund shall be through the same banking channel through which the payment has been made earlier. Kindly note that the refund will be credited to the designated account within 20 working days.
Return of Product
Products purchased on the Website can be returned only through the medium Website by contacting customer care email ID and not through any of the stores, shops or otherwise. The Company shall arrange for the pick-up of the Product from the customer.
Circumstances under which return of Product would be accepted:
The order delivered contains the wrong Product.
The Product is damaged or defective when received by the customer
The request for return should be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of such Product.
The Company shall arrange for the pick-up of the Product. In the event that such replacement is not possible due to some reason, the Customer shall either be entitled for refund of the price paid for the Product or replacement of the Product with another Product if the Customer so wishes. If the price of the new Product is lower than the one originally purchased, the Customer shall be issued a credit note for the remaining amount which could be used for any of the Products for the next six (6) months. If the Customer chooses to replace the Product with one which is priced higher, the Customer will have to pay the differential amount.
Products which are not eligible for return:
Products purchased from sports stores and other e-commerce portals
Products purchased at the time of sale
Free gifts if any
Products which have been used, worn out or altered
Importantly, no returns shall be accepted without an online order invoice.
Exchange of Product
The Customer is allowed to exchange the Product purchased with any other Product on the website, if such a request is made within 7 days of the receipt of such Product. An exchange would be subject to the stock availability of the Product with the Company. An invoice of purchase shall be required to be attached with the exchange request. The Company shall arrange for the exchange of the Product or may direct the customer to the nearby authorised store for such exchange.
Product shall not be accepted for exchange if:
It has been used, damaged or altered; and
It was not accompanied with the online order invoice
If the price of the new Product chosen by the customer is lower than the one originally purchased, the Customer shall be issued a credit note for the remaining amount which could be used for any of the Products for the next six (6) months. If on the other hand, the Customer chooses to exchange the Product with one which is priced higher, the Customer will have to pay the difference.
Important: Direct Cash refund is not included under our refund policy.
