Indians reign supreme in Ceat Cricket Rating.

Mumbai, November 8, 2002: Four Indians currently occupy the top four spots in the CCR Points' table. Rahul Dravid maintains his position at the top with 65 points. He and his teammates Harbhajan Singh and Virender Sehwag have been joined in the top five by Sachin Tendulkar, whose innings of 176 in the Kolkata Test against the West Indies yielded 10 points. Sachin holds the third spot in the CCR with 52 points, two less than Harbhajan and five more than Sehwag. Sharing the fourth spot with Sehwag is the West Indian opener Chris Gayle.

The 2-0 triumph against the West Indies in the Test series has ensured that Team India continues to dominate the CCR Team Rating with 54 points. Sri Lanka is ranked second with 47 points.

Indians reign supreme in the 'department-wise' rating as well. Dravid has the highest number of points for batting (56) and wicketkeeping (9). Harbhajan heads the bowling points' table (50) and Virender Sehwag has to his credit the highest number of points for fielding (7).
