CEAT International Batsman of the Year - Sachin Tendulkar


Sachin Tendulkar, who has consistently figured in the 'Top Five' of the CEAT Cricket Rating from 1996-97 to 2001-02, bagged the highest number of points for batting (86) during the CEAT Year of 2001-02. He was in terrific form right through the year, scoring seven international hundreds including his 29th in Test cricket that enabled him to draw level with Sir Don Bradman’s tally of Test centuries. He was ranked fifth in the overall Player rating.
