The first batsman to score 10,000 (and now 11,000) runs in one-day internationals, Sachin also holds the record for having scored the maximum number of centuries (31) in one-day internationals.

He is also the only player to score 10,000-plus runs and take 100-plus wickets in one-day internationals, a record that is likely to stand the test of time. Indian cricket's reigning supreme and the hero of the masses, Sachin won the CEAT Cricket Rating Viewers' Choice Award.
